Policies and information
Booking fee:
All new clients must pay a booking fee for their first appointment. When booking a large colour appointment, a booking fee may also be asked.
Booking fees are non-refundable. However, if the appointment is moved to another date before one week's notice, the payment will be transferred over. This can only be done once; after this, the booking fee is lost.
Bookings:
All new colour clients will require a consultation before an appointment can be offered. This is to ensure that the right service is booked so enough time is allowed for the appointment. All new colour clients will also require a skin test 48 hours before an appointment can be offered.
Cancellations and Arrival:
Each appointment booked is made exclusively for that client, and time is allocated bespokely. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, the vacancy is usually difficult to fill, meaning earnings are lost.
Please note that you can only cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us by phone. If you wish to make a different appointment, book another and write a comment in the box when booking to change.
Please do not reply to the email, as we won’t receive it. Thank you.
We require one week's notice if the client needs to cancel or change their appointment; cancellations made without this notice will incur a 50% charge to cover the time reserved and the cost of products purchased for this service. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment amount and/or a loss of the deposit. If you cancel on the day, full payment will be required before another appointment can be booked.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the services and will not be able to book again unless this has been paid.
If the client is late to their appointment, we will only be able to carry out what we can with the time left of the appointment. They will still be charged for the appointment that they have booked.
Skin Tests:
New Clients wanting a colour appointment will be required to have a skin test at least 48 hours before their appointment. The skin test will usually take place during a consultation. All skin tests last six months; we must carry out another one before a new appointment.
